    * Re-fronting does not include any colour service. This may be added.

    ** Ventilation and Re-fronting include a wash and style. All other Repairs & Maintenance services are completed on your piece as received and do not include washing or styling.

    *** For hygiene purposes, all pieces must be freshly washed, completely dry, and free from adhesive residue and product build-up prior to sending. Pieces received requiring additional cleaning will incur a service fee.

    • Insert tissue paper into the front of the cap to help it to hold its shape. 

    • Place piece into either a silk bag or a ziplock bag (or both).  

    • Place into a postage box. For my Australian clients, you can purchase these from AusPost or Office Works.

    • Post to me using your preferred method to the address outlined on your quote. ‍ ‍
